All garments must be returned:

• In the condition you received it in or it may result in fees

• Free from stains, odours, alterations, or damage

• Using the prepaid return shipping label provided with the order

Any garment returned in unacceptable condition may result in additional charges or forfeiture of any eligible refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Rental orders are dispatched one business day prior to the commencement of the rental period. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to courier performance.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

• Refunds require same-day return shipping

• Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the rental start date are non-refundable

Late Returns
