Minor wear and tear such as a mark that can be removed or a lost stone/gem is covered in the rental fee. If the garment is beyond repair you will be charged the RRP of the garment.

You can return the garment if it does not fit, but this will need to be sent back before 12pm. You will not be reimbursed for shipping or cleaning fees.

Please do not worry about cleaning or washing the garment we do all of that our end :)

Once the parcel has left our end it is now your responsibility, if there is an issue or delay we ask that with your tracking details you contact the courier.

For late returns we have a grace period of 24 hours but if the return goes over this there will be a day rate charge for each day the parcel is delayed by. This is calculated by the price of the garment you are renting.

We understand that plans can shift. To ensure fairness and availability for all customers, we kindly ask for a minimum of 10 days’ notice for cancellations. Bookings cancelled within 10 days of the rental date are non-refundable. (Find more about this in our T&C'S)
